In the Manage tab, under the Available column, enable the language(s).Once your path is translated, you can make that language available to Learners. If you want to make the language available to Learners directly after translating the contents, toggle on the Available option. View & translate the steps within the pathĪll changes are instantly saved when you click outside the text field.Under the Translate tab, you can see the Reference content (in gray, which cannot be edited) on the left, and the Translated content (which you can edit) on the right. Assign the translator(s) to the language(s) added.Under the Manage tab, you can add languages and assign translators to the path. The translation interface for paths is split into two tabs: Manage and Translate (the Translate tab will not be visible until at least one language has been added). You can also access the translation interface by following these steps: If you’ve been added as a translator, click the button TRANSLATE THIS PATH in the notification email you received to access the translation interface. Click Send notification email to translatorsĪs an Author, Co-author, or translator, you can also translate the contents of a path.On the right of the name of the path, click Edit.This will instantly send the same email as the one that was sent when they were first added as translators. You can send a reminder to users who have a translator role on a language. Send a reminder email to the translators of a language To remove a translator from a language, follow the steps above and unselect the user on step 5. This email is the only way for translators to access the path make sure their email notifications are enabled. Translators then receive an email inviting them to translate the path, with a button to open the translation interface directly. Select the translator(s), then click off of the popup.The translator cannot edit the original contents of the path (unless they are also the author or a co-author of the path). Click ADD NEW, then select the language(s) you'd like to add.At the top of the page, click Translate.Find the path you would like to translate, then on the right side, click Edit.At the top of the homepage, click Paths.This allows you to translate your path, without making it public. You may optionally assign translators, who will be in charge of translating the contents (but cannot change the structure of the path, or the original content).
